Delivery times
Our warehouse located in the UK processes orders every working day, from Monday to Friday. Orders take from 1 to 3 workings days to be delivered at your preferred address.
Delivery times depend on the time at which the order is placed: cut-off time is 1 pm British time. Cut-off time is the latest possible time to process orders the same working day.
Example: when the cut-off time is 1 pm, all orders before 1 pm will be shipped the same day. Orders after cut-off will be shipped the day after.

Shipping costs
We offer free delivery for all orders of £30 pounds and more. Below £30, a fee of £5 is charged, automatically added to your cart.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
