Shipping costs
We offer free delivery for all orders of £35 and more. Below £35, a fee of £3.95 is applied at checkout.
Delivery destinations
We offer a UK-wide home delivery service - tracked, within 48 hours.
Delivery times
Our warehouse located in the UK processes orders every working day, from Monday to Friday. Orders take from 1 to 3 workings days to be delivered at your preferred address.
Delivery times depend on the time at which the order is placed: cut-off time is 1 pm British time. Cut-off time is the latest possible time to process orders the same working day.
Example:
when the cut-off time is 1 pm, all orders before 1 pm will be shipped the same day. Orders after cut-off will be shipped the day after.
Track & trace
After your order has been shipped we'll provide you a track & trace link via email to follow your package.

We offer a UK-wide service via Royal Mail - tracked delivery within 48 hours.
Returns
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Remescar. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.
This return policy applies exclusively to orders placed on Remescar.com. If you purchased our products through pharmacies, e-pharmacies, or other online platforms, their return conditions apply.
To qualify, items must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your charge, giving you the flexibility to choose the carrier or method that suits you best.
