Delivery Destinations
We ship to most countries within the European Union.
The following countries are included in our service:
Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal*, Romania, Slovakia, and Sweden.
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to the following EU countries: Croatia, Cyprus, and Slovenia.
For Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands and United Kingdom, please visit the dedicated Remescar webshop for each location.
*Excluded Regions:
Portugal: Azores and Madeira.
Delivery Times
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible from our central hub in The Netherlands.
Estimated delivery times: 1 to 4 business days, depending on your location.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CEST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be shipped the next business day.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link to follow your package.
Shipping Carriers
We collaborate with leading global carriers, including DHL, PostNL, DPD, and GLS, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders of €35 and over.
For orders below €35, a shipping fee of €4.95 applies.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
