SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free delivery on all orders over £35.
For orders below £35, a shipping fee of £3.95 will be applied at checkout.
DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
We currently offer tracked home delivery throughout the United Kingdom.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Our UK warehouse processes and ships orders every working day, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 1 pm (UK time) are usually shipped the same working day.
Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped the next working day.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days depending on the carrier and destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
TRACK & TRACE
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel.
SHIPPING CARRIER
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services.
Returns
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Remescar. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.
This return policy applies exclusively to orders placed on Remescar.com. If you purchased our products through pharmacies, e-pharmacies, or other online platforms, their return conditions apply.
To qualify, items must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your charge, giving you the flexibility to choose the carrier or method that suits you best.
